Community of Arts Living Learning Community

The Community of Arts is a living learning community with a mission to create an environment for students to integrate their artistic passion and their studies with residential and cultural experiences. It provides a creative incubator for students, faculty, and staff from the visual and performing arts and design to interact outside of the classroom and experience the rich cultural and arts opportunities on campus, in the New Haven area and in New York City. Participants can meet successful professionals in a variety of artistic careers, visit galleries, artist studios, theater productions, and other creative outlets, and become immersed in the ins-and-outs of region’s art scene.
