Complete & Submit the FAFSA
(Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
The form used by colleges and universities to apply for financial aid is the FAFSA, Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The FAFSA is a federal application that is FREE and should be completed at the federal government's website https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. This form MUST BE COMPLETED EACH YEAR for which the student is seeking financial assistance.
