                                                      an adjunct faculty at Manchester Community College, uses text and stenciled images

                                                      of the Drake Group which pushes for academic integrity in collegiate sports, wants
                                                      to see a College Athlete Protection Act -- legislation that would keep athletes on
                                                      the bench as freshmen if they are academically more than one standard deviation lower
                                                      than the average student admitted to the university. "That's unconscionable, to bring
                                                      in a young athlete who does not fit in the general profile of the student body and
                                                      have them play football on national television before they've entered the classroom
