About Donald
Prof. Stankus earned a master's degree in human nutrition and a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of New Haven. A former personal chef, he serves as an outpatient oncology dietician at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He is creating a hospital-based assessment lab that enables students to work directly with patients. He is also helping to launch one of the country's first "prehab" program for liver and pancreatic cancer patients.
