Office of Government Affairs and Global Engagement

The Office of Government Affairs and Global Engagement at the University of New Haven focuses on government relations at the local, state, and federal levels, and leads, facilitates, or assists with a variety of global engagements.

The Office of Government Affairs and Global Engagement focuses on two primary areas. Government relations at the local, state, and federal levels are coordinated and conducted in cooperation with other University of New Haven offices, monitoring legislative and regulatory activities and optimize the best interests of our students and the university. On the international front, the office leads, facilitates, or assists with a variety of global engagements. A major initiative of the office is leading the establishment of the University’s planned international branch campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which, pending all regulatory approvals, is anticipated to open in Fall 2026.
